The introduction of Adrenaline was cut off to a live feed of the backstage area. The blue team and red team are both in the same area. There was a near riot as Kyle Braxton came in and tried to calm the situation unfortunately all he did was make it worse as he explained that the Blue lockerroom area is now CPC Wrestling only. Security ran in as they put up a divider as a temporary solution. We then were shown the rest of the Adrenaline introduction before coming to the live arena.
Jynx and Tom Perkins welcomed us to Adrenaline the first Adrenaline of the New Year. They ran down the card which Main Event is an open challenge to anyone on the roster to face Magnus Colby's first member of the Colby Pelf Corporation. Tom added that the rumor is that a big time player accepted the challenge.
"I'm Too Sexy" hit to a chorus of booes. Matt Abercrombie strutted to the ring blowing cologne as he entered the ring. "Boom Boom Pow" blasted to a considerable ovation. Noah jumped out to the aisle and ran to the ring. He posed on the turnbuckle and flipped into the ring. Matt shrugged it off, unimpressed.
The two locked up for a second before Matt broke the move stating "He's filthy". He then disgustedly walked over to the corner. He then waited til Noah turned and clotheslined him from behind. Matt stomped away and then hit a succession of falling knees. He then locked on an abdominal stretch, periodically using the ropes for leverage when the ref was out of position.
Midway through the match as Noah had fought back and hit several dives to the floor, Jacob Lovecraft appeared on the ramp. He he seemed to be scouting. Noah hit several clotheslines and leg drops to set up Matt near the corner. Noah did the up signal and mounted the top rope. Noah hit Hard Rain and picked up the victory. Noah posed as Lovecraft walked to the back.
Alfred Lords was standing by with Bobby Ventura, Rick Michaels, and Shane Diamond
Bobby: Don't talk. Dammit this needs to stop. Evan you are a freaking psycho path and I understand we have had issues in the past but this needs to be resolved. So basically I will give you whatever you want to get you in the ring at Sacrafice against a Ventura member. If my man wins, you must leave me alone, and if you win well you make the damn stip, but this ends soon.
Lexi stood by with Evan Highlander who was jumping around.
Lexi: It appears Bobby is sick of the mind games.
Evan: Wooo eee I have to say I'm excited about 2010. Booby needs to understand that he spent years tormenting me in another universe so to speak. Well I'm getting a long neeeded payback. Which continues tonight. I have a partner and you are gooooonnna love him.
"Jesus Christ Superstar" began and the crowd began to boo. Bobby Ventura came out with two security guards and lead out Rick Michaels and "Stunning" Shane Diamond. Bobby went right to ringside against the rail. "Bagpipes" hit and the fans rose to their feet. Evan Highlander came bouncing out with a microphone.
Evan: Okay Boooby, I'll accept your deal but if your man loses you become my personal assistant! (Bobby flipped out) But on to the Main Attraction my partner for the night is.........("Pomp and Circumstance" hit )
The crowd erupted as Miss Daphne lead out the World Heavy Weight Champion "Magnificent" Jeff Garvin to the ring. Evan opened the ropes for both and everyone posed in the ring as Bobby Ventura threw a fit at ringside. Up in the rafters Scorpion is shown. He was just standing there shaking his head.
Rick Michaels began the match with the World Champion. The two locked up and Rick got the advantage. The two did back to back exchanges with neither man getting the advantage. Rick backed off and pointed to his head. He then tagged in Shane Diamond. Shane came in and posed. Garvin posed and the fans popped huge. Shane got mad and hit the turned Champion with a clothesline. Diamond then stomped away at the back of Garvin.
Shane and Rick then did frequent tags to keep the Champion from tagging. Evan started going nuts on the apron. Getting the fans to join him in stomping the mat. Diamond attempted his Diamond Cutter but it was thrown off by Garvin. Garvin then dived and made the hot tag. Evan came in a house of fire. He laid out Diamond and then back flipped the entering Michaels. Evan then swung wildly at Ventura at ringside.Evan turned into a clothesline from Rick. Evan crashed over the top rope and to the floor. Where Ventura started to stomp him. This was quickly stopped by the back up Evan. Evan chased Bobby into the ring.
Evan tagged Garvin on the way to follow Bobby up the ramp. Garvin meanwhile hit a double head butt on both Michaels and Diamond. Michaels fell out of the ring. Garvin grabbed Diamond and slammed him hard to the mat. Garvin then like lightning shot to the top rope and hit the StarStruck to a huge ovation. Garvin covered and picked up the win. Tom directed us to a shot of the back next. We saw Bobby jumping in a limo and saying "What the hell, I ..." followed by another voice "I think we can make a deal, driver DRIVE". The limo pulled away as Evan appeared with a mop he was swinging.
A video of Courtney Lace being trained was shown. Black ordered a break and when Lace disappeared Chambers began flooding him with questions of "Did you two, like do it" "Are you guys like an item?" All which were met with "Shut up".
Courtney returned with Crystal, Allison, and the debuting Farrah. Farrah came across as a groupie and basically tried in everyway to suck up to Courtney. Her look also was very similar to Courtney's. As they all met in the ring, the door on the closed arena swung open. Joe Thriller walked in with Maria Santos. Joe laughed at the "charade". Joe told Dennis that if he wanted to back his "bimbo" out of the match, he'd let him. But only if they turned over their tag team titles. Joe read off Maria's list of accomplishments. From muscle mags, to women's tournaments to being named the most dangerous Latina.
Black told Joe that "They weren't backing out but I did have the idea you might show up. So SECURITY!
Out came the Cartel and they began chase of the exiting Thriller and Santos. Black looked at Courtney.
Black: Its time to get serious, you are gonna be trained to be beat her ass. So take this week and think about what your finisher will be. Cause you are gonna need one.
After a commecrcial break, we were sent to Kyle Braxton's office. Trixie was shown apparently on the phone with lawyers about what powers Kyle still had. Meanwhile, Kyle looked at the camera and stated that this Saturday Night will be a preview of Sacrafice's Blizzard match. As the bombshells will compete in a 15 woman timed entry battle royal. He also mentioned that Hardedge Wrestling will go off the air 10 minutes early tonight. (The crowd boo'd) In walked Magnus Colby, and he had a golden microphone in which he spoke into.
Magnus: Because the last 10 are mine and tonight I will debut the first member of TEAM CPC, which will be the foundation of the future CPC Wrestling. And since it will be CPC time all HEW employees need not show up after the final commercial break.
Nora Pelf blew a kiss as the screen faded out.
In the booth, Jynx and Tom talked about how rediculous it is that the CPC has any power at all. Tom stated that they best get paid for a full show. Jynx turned it back serious and stated he hoped the member of the HEW roster that accepted the challenge is ready for the CPC Disadvantage. In the end they sent us to the ring for the next match.
"Highway to Hell" blasted on the speakers as MTV Champion "Big" Ray Stevens strutted out with the belf over his shoulder. He asked for the mic and then entered the ring. He began to speak with a chuckle.
Ray: I hate to disappoint you people but tonight's match with myself and former Champion Platinum will not happen. See Platinum is gone. He chased his little boyfriend Barb Wire and will never be back. But I want to explain to you people that I am not the bad guy here. (booes start) I talked to the man er whatever he or she was and I explained that CDC did nothing to save her and all I was doing was playing my part in the scene. See I was supposed to be stopped so CDC is the woman beater not me.
"X Gonna Give it to ya" hit and CDC walked out with a microphone. He told Ray that he was sick of all the crap he's done since they broke up the tag team. And that tonight it was over. CDC dropped the mic and began beating down Ray. Suddenly from the crowd came a comotion. In the ring, jumped someone in dark colored outfit. He grabbed CDC and hit what looked like the Hollywood Hangover. The man turned and Tom exclaimed "That's Platinum!" The darker looking Platinum looked at Ray and smiled.
Ray grabbed the mic and introduced us to Blacklist. That Platinum died with Barbwire. He then exited with his new charge and his title.
Alfred Lords stood by and commented on what just took place. He then plugged the new HEW Fan line and in walked Thrash with Damnation. Thrash grabbed the microphone from him.
Thrash: Cartel, understand this. Damnation has the title shot, not you. Any day you want to leap frog us, come find us. In the end we'll still be going to our Championship Destiny. Tonight we are issuing an open challenge.
"Hell's Bells" blasted and Thrash lead the trio of Damnation to the ring. They went to the other side of the ring and stood waiting a response. "Laughter" followed by the "Phantom of the Opera" theme blasted. Director Lovecraft pointed from the ramp and said "Kill them". Comedy and Tragedy stormed to the ring. Tragedy and Comedy came after Overkill and Massacre who ducked the initial attack. The two then clotheslined the Theatre of Pain down. They then pitched Comedy out of the ring. Tragedy was then grabbed and Damnation hit the Decapitator elbow and picked up the quick win. On the aisle Lovecraft stood in shock. He then threw up his hands and stormed off leaving his team behind.
Back in the booth, Tom and Jynx stated that they were going into the final commercial break. So they ran down the card for next Monday. That "Big" Ray Stevens and Blacklist will face off with the Krash Test Dummies. Also Candy Cane has an announcement for Dark Angel Staci Riot. The Cartel will speak. A battle royal where the tag teams will compete with the wining team facing The Mega Heels at Sacrafice. And the big Main Event is Scorpion vs. Ashe Crowley.
Commercial break
When we return we are greeted by two new commentators. The first one was a very geeky looking man named JAX. He was joined by a boa wearing man who looked like he could be a wrestler named Jon Thompkins. They would do some horrible banter and then to the ring which was now gold colored with a CPC logo on it. "Money Talks" hit and Magnus Colby and Nora Pelf walked out to sit at ringside. The new ring announcer and ref waited in the ring as "Money" hit and out walked a man in a sports jacket and sunglasses. He was introduced at Logan Mayfield. JAX stated that this man was the former Champion of Great Britain. Jon added that he hoped who ever decided to face him understood this man does a move called the Stock Crash and its incredible.
Logan stood in the corner and waited as "Metalingus" hit and out came Adam Kastle. He slapped hands and walked up the steps. JAX made it out that the fans were booing which was not the case.Adam stepped in the ring cautiously. He then waited for the bell. The two locked up doing several standing switches before Adam hit a hiptoss and an elbow drop to prompt Mayfield to go to the outside. Throughout the bout the two announcers were very off the mark on most of the match. They also went on tirades about money issues instead of the wrestling. During the match, Mayfield would do low tactics but at no point did the ref warn him. But if Adam Kastle did even a minor thing he was screamed at. The ref would even get in his face.
This eventually escalated at the end of the bout. Adam had the advantage and hit a spear. Adam then got into it with the ref who said the shot was low. The two pushed each other and the ref was down. At this point Kastle locked on the Inverted Sharpshooter. From the back came a HEW ref. He slid in. Behind him slid in Trent Arion. Arion leveled the ref then superkicked Kastle in the face. Logan got up and grabbed the staggered Kastle with the London Calling. He then covered and the revived CPC ref counted the fall. They bid us farewell as they focused on Pelf and Colby celebrating.
A shot of the back showed Braxton flipping out as we faded out.
